Once member enrolls with us, that member is understood to agree with the following terms and conditions.
1.The terms “we”,”us”,”our”,”stnlindia.com” are same and refer to stnlindia.com.
2.The terms “you”,”members”,”your” refer to members enrolled to the site stnlindia.com.
3.The persons with the fulfilling the following criteria can join us by enrolling with us, a)Must be a resident of India, b)Must be 18 4years or above of age, c)Must have a bank account in a nationalized bank in India, d)Must have passed 10th or equivalent exam from a recognized board in India, e)Must have knowledge of simple computer operation.
4.We do not offer online trading services or any other kind of trading services directly. We only suggest some probable online facilitators to you. You can select from the suggested trading platforms or facilitator or companies to start trading.
5.We only provide some courses about online trading in share trading (cash segment, Futures and options segment), commodity trading, currency trading, crypto trading. Currently we are providing free courses in the said segments which covers basic knowledge to start and operate the online trading.
6.The courses are not approved by any external agency or authority.
7.The courses are provided on self study basis. No guide of any kind is provided to those who take these courses.
8.All the courses are provided in online mode only.
9.No doubt clearing classes of any nature will be provided. However we may provide some general doubt clearing contents in general in our social media.
10.All those want to take our courses must follow us on social media as we put all the information related to any change in the rules, processes etc. triggered by Govt. intervention or matters like this in our social handles only.
11.All decisions taken by us regarding any dispute arising at any point of time are binding in all nature.
12.The members indemnify stnlindia.com and the people related, from all kinds of losses including all tangible and non- tangible losses occurring during the process of online trading. We are not responsible for the profit or loss you incur while trading, as we do not provide any tip or call to any customer to suggest any particular trade.
13.You must comply with the applicable rules, regulations,orders and not cause us violate any rules or regulations.
14.All matters of dispute are subject to jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar.
